I thought that it was going to be some kind of mind eraser trip, and a freak completely out kind of thing…but THAT was when I turned 30 (no joke).  I can say with all honesty say that I slipped/ slid into 40. Some how I feel a little different…but still the same. I can say that I am in better shape than I was …then…LOL Also I am in a better place both relationship wise and financially, And geographically.

    I’ll be forty next year. Somethings are as I imagined they’d be, others are completely different. I’m not feeling the excitement I felt at turning thirty, but I am more curious. I don’t expect anything to magically happen on my fortieth birthday or in my fortieth year, but I do think I’ll be paying much closer attention.
