I turned 40 on the 25th of May 2010 and have decided to set myself some challenges. I’d love it if you’d support me through them as they are very difficult but I’m very excited. Check out my weekly blog and I’ll keep you updated on my virtuoso piano playing, my competitive salsa, my cooking attempts and my life and family.

I love that you're embracing 40 and I am looking forward to seeing your journey unfold. I'm not leaving my 30's without a fight and hopefully by the end of my year I will be ready to enter the next decade. Good luck!

Hey there Staringdown 40, I would like to thank you and officially congratulate you on being what I believe to be the first person who is not a personal acquaintance to read my blog. I wanted to reply to your comment as I am so incredibly chuffed that someone actually read my blog, even if it was only once. :) I do hope you check me out again a few times more. Sorry for the four months between you writing a comment and me realising that you had. I am clearly not a good computer person. :) Susannah
