Last night I officially started my Forty countdown with a celebration of my 40-2-40 Day!!
Yipee!!! 39 days to go!

It really is all about the journey and I have decided to turn the event of turning 40 into a journey on its own.

I am on a self rebuilding journey!
My goal.. to enter 40 stronger, leaner, healthier, wiser and more thankful than I ever was anytime in 30!
