Cindy Margolis, dubbed “Queen of the Internet” for reasons including being downloaded 70,000 times in 24 hours, has posed nude for the December issue of Playboy in honor of turning 40.

She told the Associated Press in April, “Thank goodness for ’Desperate Housewives.’ You’re not dead just because you are married and have children.”

Margolis declined several previous offers to bare all for the magazine, but when Hugh Hefner called to wish her a Happy 40th Birthday and extend another invitation, she opted to accept because it would be “empowering.”

She added, “It will be fun to go up against the 20-year-olds and show them that they don’t have anything on me.”

At her request, a portion of the proceeds from the sales of her issue will benefit Resolve: The National Infertility Association, for which Margolis is the spokeswoman.
